Basic Overview And Production Of Stainless Steel Tee Pipe Fittings
Stainless steel tee pipe fittings are commonly used in pipe fittings. They are named stainless steel tees because they have three openings that are interconnected. They are generally used at the connection of pipes to increase the function of branches. Tees are very different from elbows and bends, but tees are also widely used in pipeline construction.
Stainless Steel Weld Tee is mainly a pipe fitting used at the branch of pipes. Compared with the use of seamless pipes to produce tees, the processing technologies generally used at this stage are hydraulic bulging and hot pressing. The hydraulic bulging of tee stainless steel pipe fittings is generally a forming process in which the axial compensation of metal materials expands the branch pipe. The process is to use a special hydraulic press to inject liquid into a pipe blank with the same diameter as the tee, and extrude the pipe blank according to the synchronous centering movement of the two horizontal side cylinders of the hydraulic press. The volume of the pipe blank decreases after being squeezed, and the pressure of the liquid in the pipe blank increases as the volume of the pipe blank decreases. When the pressure required for the expansion of the branch pipe of the tee stainless steel pipe fitting is reached, the metal material flows along the inner cavity of the mold under the dual action of the side cylinder and the liquid pressure in the pipe blank and expands the branch pipe. The hydraulic bulging process of the three-way stainless steel pipe fittings can be formed in one time, with high production efficiency; the wall thickness of the main pipe and shoulder of the three-way stainless steel pipe fittings are increased.
