(5) The content of sodium stearate in the deoxidizer should reach more than 12%, and it can be completely burned in the large-diameter tee cavity.

(6) Strictly control the temperature of the core rod to ensure that the surface temperature of the core rod is 80℃120℃. The temperature of the core rod cannot exceed 120℃ for a long time to ensure that the lubricant on the surface of the core rod is dry and dense before pre-infiltration. The operator should regularly check the lubrication of the core rod.

(7) The nozzle height should be adjusted according to the diameter of the large-diameter tee to ensure the alignment of the protrusion. Each shift should be sorted once, and the nozzle should be removed for cleaning for a long time. In order to ensure that the oxide remover evenly sweeps the inner wall of the pipeline, a selective installation device is used where the oxide remover is sprayed, and a rotating pressure is used.

(8) The injection pressure should match the diameter and length of the pipeline to ensure strong blowing force, sufficient incineration, and ensure that the deoxidizer that has not been completely incinerated cannot be blown away by the large-diameter tee flow.
