The hydraulic bulging process of stainless steel tees is to inject liquid into the tube blanks of the same diameter as the stainless steel tees through a hydraulic press. Through the impact force and pressure, the volume of the tube blanks becomes smaller and the pressure increases until the pressure required for the expansion of the stainless steel tee branch is reached. The metal material is pressed out of the branch pipe.

The hot pressing process of stainless steel tees is to form tube blanks larger than the diameter of the tee through radial compression of the tube blanks and stretching of the branch pipes.
