Stainless Steel Reducers Are Widely Used In Many Fields
Stainless Steel Concentric & Eccentric Reducer is used to connect pipes of different sizes. Generally, it is divided into concentric reducers and eccentric reducers. When the projection of the two ports of the reducer is a concentric circle after the reducer is erected, it is called a concentric reducer, while the projection of the eccentric reducer is a small circle inscribed in the outer circle. Stainless steel reducers are safe and reliable, hygienic and environmentally friendly, economical and applicable. The thin-walled pipes and the successful development of new reliable and simple and convenient connection methods have made them have more advantages that other pipes cannot replace. They are also increasingly used in engineering and are becoming more and more popular.
There are various ways to connect stainless steel reducers. Common types of pipe fittings include compression, compression, live joint, push-in, push-thread, socket welding, live joint flange connection, welding and a series of connection methods that combine welding and traditional connection. These connection methods have different application scopes according to their principles, but most of them are easy to install. The sealing rings or gaskets used in the connection are mostly made of silicone rubber, nitrile rubber and EPDM rubber that meet national standards, eliminating the worries of users. According to the size of the reducer, it is divided into one-time pressing or multiple pressing. The reducing forming process of the reducer is to put the tube blank with the same diameter as the large end of the reducer into the forming die, and press along the axial direction of the tube blank to make the metal move along the die cavity and shrink to form. According to GB/T13401-2005, the roundness of the reducer should not be greater than 1% of the outer diameter of the corresponding end, and the allowable deviation is ±3mm.
